What it is
When I found myself in active job search mode in early 2026, I did what any digital transformation consultant would do. I built a system for it. JobPilot is an AI agent that handles the end-to-end job search process — resume tailoring for specific roles, application tracking across multiple platforms, and follow-up actions, all without manual input at every step. Built during the ANCHR AI Native Bootcamp in March 2026 and presented at the AI Native Circle Showcase at Singapore Management University in April 2026, JobPilot is also my proof of concept that you do not need a programming background to build something that works. You need workflow knowledge. And that I have.
Why it matters
The point of JobPilot is not the job search. The point is the demonstration: an experienced professional with no coding background can build a working, practical AI agent by mapping their existing workflow knowledge into an automated system.
JobPilot is used in the AI Agent Workshop as a case study in how domain expertise, not technical ability, is the real foundation of agent development.
