The build process
This video was made at the Singapore AI Video Jam, a one-day, hands-on session where participants bring an idea and leave with a finished short video using AI tools. The brief was simple: come with a story or a concept, learn the tools, and make something real by the end of the day.
The idea behind this piece was personal: a short visual story about the shift from a decade spent assessing digital maturity on factory floors across Singapore, the Middle East, and Central Asia, to now building AI agents and tools. The script was planned shot by shot before touching any tool, then brought to life using Martini.film, with each scene generated, reviewed, and refined throughout the day.
The result is proof that a non-technical professional, with the right preparation and the right tool, can go from an idea to a finished, watchable video in a matter of hours.
