I spent more than a decade helping manufacturers, oil and gas companies, and precision engineering firms figure out what digital transformation actually means in practice.
Not the conference version. The version that involves real factories, legacy systems, and people who have worked the same way for 20 years. That experience shaped how I think about change: technology is rarely the hard part. People are.
In early 2026, I completed the ANCHR AI Native Bootcamp and built JobPilot, an AI agent that automates end-to-end job search. What I discovered in that process changed how I think about building entirely: the people with the deepest domain knowledge, the most experience, and the clearest mental models of their work are the ones who can build the most powerful agents. They just need someone to show them how.
That is what I do now. I help experienced professionals, from factory managers to small business owners, build AI agents from the workflow knowledge they already have. The code is optional. The expertise is not.

The career started in manufacturing operations: managing suppliers, chasing on-time delivery, running root cause analysis with teams who knew their processes better than anyone in the room. The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt came early, and the discipline of asking why before recommending how has not left since. That foundation is what makes the transformation advice here different. It is grounded in what actually happens when the bell sounds and production starts.
From there: 104 digital maturity assessments across 13 industry sectors, institutional training for some of the world’s largest industrial organisations, a BCG programme completed at the top of the cohort, and then, in 2026, a deliberate move into AI agent building. Not because the earlier work stopped mattering. Because the same domain knowledge that makes for a rigorous assessor turns out to make for an exceptionally capable AI builder. If you know your workflows deeply, you can automate them.

AI Agent Consultant — Independent
Built JobPilot at the ANCHR AI Native Bootcamp: an AI agent for end-to-end job search automation. Presented at the AI Native Circle Showcase at Singapore Management University in April 2026. Built this website at the Claude Code Foundations Workshop in May 2026 as a working proof of concept for non-technical builders. The realisation behind all of it: the people who know their work most deeply are the ones best placed to automate it. They already have the workflows. They just need the tools.
2024 to 2025
SCTP: Digital Transformation and Change Management — RISE by BCG
Completed the SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme while running Advico. Capstone project delivered with the team finishing top of cohort. BCG frameworks, sharp cohort debates, and the practical grounding of 100 field assessments running in parallel. Confirmed what the shopfloor had always suggested: transformation that sticks starts with people, not slides.
2023 to 2025
Co-Founder and Principal Consultant — Advico
25 SIRI-based assessments across Singapore and the Middle East, including clients under Saudi Vision 2030 funding programmes. Developed the proprietary assessment framework that underpins the Digital Maturity Self-Assessment on this site. Consistent client result: 20 to 30 per cent productivity uplift in the first year through targeted, assessment-led recommendations.
2021 to 2023
Digital Transformation and Business Development Manager — BSI
Closed an SGD 480,000 institutional training contract within three months of joining. Won the Outstanding Training Contract Win at the BSI Global Training Awards 2022. Delivered SIRI assessor training and Industry 4.0 programmes for Saudi Aramco, SABIC, MODON, NIDLP, and the Astana International Financial Centre in Kazakhstan. More than 100 professionals trained globally across Singapore, Saudi Arabia, and Central Asia.
2018 to 2021
Industry 4.0 Consultant and Certified SIRI Assessor — TÜV SÜD
Among the inaugural Certified SIRI Assessors in Singapore. 79 assessments across 12 industry sectors, from aerospace and oil and gas to FMCG and precision engineering. Transformation roadmaps, training programmes, and government mapping sessions for SkillsFuture Singapore and Enterprise Singapore. The mental model that emerged: digital maturity is not a score. It is a starting point.
2014 to 2018
Supplier Quality and Lean Manufacturing — TechnipFMC
25 per cent improvement in on-time delivery. 30 per cent reduction in supplier non-conformances. Xerox Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Structured root cause analysis applied at the supplier interface of a major subsea engineering and construction company. The habit of asking why before recommending how started here, in site visits and conversations with suppliers who had valid reasons for every delay.
2011 to 2013
Key Account Manager — Bossard Asia
Grew the book from S$250,000 to S$500,000 in 12 months. Introduced SmartBin, an Industry 4.0 inventory management system, to manufacturing clients across the region. An early look at what becomes possible when operational knowledge meets the right technology. That question has driven everything since.
