I spent more than eight years helping manufacturers, oil and gas companies, and precision engineering firms figure out what digital transformation actually means in practice.
Not the conference version. The version that involves real factories, legacy systems, and people who have worked the same way for 20 years. That experience shaped how I think about change: technology is rarely the hard part. People are.
In early 2026, I completed the ANCHR AI Native Bootcamp and built JobPilot, an AI agent that automates end-to-end job search. What I discovered in that process changed how I think about building entirely: the people with the deepest domain knowledge, the most experience, and the clearest mental models of their work are the ones who can build the most powerful agents. They just need someone to show them how.
That is what I do now. I help experienced professionals, from factory managers to small business owners, build AI agents from the workflow knowledge they already have. The code is optional. The expertise is not.

The career started on the factory floor: process engineering in IBM’s hard disk drive cleanroom, then years in supplier and customer quality at IBM, Xerox, Greene Tweed and TechnipFMC, qualifying suppliers across global supply chains. The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt came early, followed by audits to ISO 9001, API Spec Q1 and ISO 13485. Auditing trains the eye for the gap between how a process is documented and how it actually runs, and the discipline of asking why before recommending how has not left since. It is the same lens behind every maturity assessment, and every workflow mapped before an AI agent is built for it.
From there: more than 100 digital maturity assessments across 13 industry sectors, more than 100 professionals trained, including teams from some of the world’s largest industrial organisations, a BCG programme completed at the top of the cohort, and then, in 2026, a deliberate move into AI agent building. Not because the earlier work stopped mattering. Because the same domain knowledge that makes for a rigorous assessor turns out to make for an exceptionally capable AI builder. If you know your workflows deeply, you can automate them.
2026 to present
Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0 & AI Agent Consultant — Independent
Built JobPilot at the ANCHR AI Native Bootcamp, an AI agent for end-to-end job search automation, and presented it at the AI Native Circle Showcase at Singapore Management University. Built this website at the Claude Code Foundations Workshop, later voted a winner in the community showcase. Launched Verathis on 1 July, with its own landing page and an automated pipeline running from assessment through to report, slide deck, and discovery call booking. Rebuilt JobPilot around five task-specific sub-agents, a pattern an advanced Claude Code workshop later confirmed and named context engineering, detailed in a case study.
2024 to 2025
SCTP: Digital Transformation and Change Management — RISE by BCG
Completed the SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme while running Advico. Capstone project delivered with the team finishing top of cohort. BCG frameworks, sharp cohort debates, and the practical grounding of live field assessments at Advico running in parallel. Confirmed what the shopfloor had always suggested: transformation that sticks starts with people, not slides.
2023 to 2025
Co-Founder and Principal Consultant — Advico
25 SIRI-based assessments across Singapore and the Middle East, helping SMEs secure government funding under national industrial programmes in Singapore and Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. Delivered Certified SIRI Assessor training for an inaugural cohort at the Astana International Financial Centre in Kazakhstan. This is also where Verathis took shape: my own diagnostic framework, drawn from the full span of assessment work across every sector, built rather than adapted. Consistent client result: 20 to 30 per cent productivity uplift in the first year through targeted, assessment-led recommendations.
2021 to 2023
Digital Transformation and Business Development Manager — BSI
Closed an S$480,000 institutional training contract within three months of joining. Won the Outstanding Training Contract Win at the BSI Global Training Awards 2022. Delivered the Certified SIRI Assessor course and Industry 4.0 programmes for McKinsey & Company, Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Flex, Kafaa, Cognizant, Beca, Callaghan Innovation, MODON and NIDLP, with cohorts across Asia Pacific, North America, the Middle East, and Latin America.
2018 to 2021
Industry 4.0 Consultant and Certified SIRI Assessor — TÜV SÜD
Among the inaugural Certified SIRI Assessors in Singapore, on the World Economic Forum and EDB initiative to scale SIRI globally. Personally assessed more than 70 companies in the founding cohort, across 13 industry sectors, from aerospace and oil and gas to semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, FMCG and precision engineering. Transformation roadmaps, training programmes, and government mapping sessions for SkillsFuture Singapore and Enterprise Singapore. The mental model that emerged: digital maturity is not a score. It is a starting point.
2014 to 2018
Supplier Quality and Lean Manufacturing — TechnipFMC
Audited and qualified the global surface and subsea supplier base to API Spec Q1. Coached and mentored suppliers on root cause analysis and process improvement, cutting non-conformances by 30 per cent and, with fewer quality holds, improving on-time delivery by 25 per cent. The real lessons came in site visits and conversations with suppliers who had valid reasons for every delay.
2011 to 2013
Key Account Manager — Bossard Asia
Grew the book from S$250,000 to S$500,000 in 12 months. Introduced SmartBin, an Industry 4.0 inventory management system, to manufacturing clients across the region. An early look at what becomes possible when operational knowledge meets the right technology. That question has driven everything since.
