AI Build

AI Video for Training and Onboarding

Turning your critical process knowledge into short, watchable training videos, built with AI, grounded in how the work actually happens.

Proof of concept built at

Singapore AI Video Jam

Completed

June 2026

Type

AI video production

Suitable for

Manufacturers, SMEs, F&B businesses

Where this fits

Most training content in manufacturing, SME, and F&B operations lives in someone’s head, or in a slide deck nobody opens twice. A new hire gets a binder. A safety briefing gets read off a script. The knowledge that actually keeps people safe and processes consistent rarely makes it into something people will actually watch and remember.

AI video changes the economics of fixing that. What used to need a film crew, a script writer, and a production budget can now be built in days, sometimes hours, by someone who understands the process being trained.

This works particularly well for the kind of training that is easy to neglect because it is expensive to produce properly:

Critical quality checkpoints, the specific steps where a miss actually costs you, not generic process overviews

New hire onboarding, walking someone through a facility, a workstation, or a system before their first day

Safety and health briefings for visitors, contractors, and new staff, the kind every site needs but rarely gets refreshed

SOP training when a process changes, so the update reaches the floor before the old habit does

Educational and informational content for customers or partners who need to understand how something works, not just read about it

How it works

This is not about feeding a prompt into a tool and hoping for the best. The process starts with a clear script, shot by shot, written around the actual story or process being shown, before any AI tool is touched. The tool generates the visuals. The thinking, what to show, in what order, and why it matters to the person watching, comes from understanding the operation, not from the software.

That is the same instinct behind 104 digital maturity assessments across 13 sectors: break a complex operation into clear, ordered steps that someone unfamiliar with it can actually follow.

Shot on a real factory shopfloor

A short clip produced using AI video generation, set in an industrial environment — the kind of setting where training videos are most often needed and least often made.

Ready to talk?

If your team has a process, a safety briefing, or an onboarding flow that deserves better than a slide deck, let’s talk about what that could look like as a short video.
